Día 13 en Valladolid: Ensalada de Patatas, Verduras, y Atún

 La Ensalada de Patatas, Verduras, y Atún
This was a nice summer salad cosisting of potatoes, cucumbers, tomatoes, peas, green olives, red bell peppers, and tuna, with an olive oil-white wine vinegar dressing. I much prefer this type of potato salad over one bound by mayonnaise. 
Empanada de Atún

 This was a storebought empanada with a filling consisting of tuna, onion, and bell pepper. I´m not a fan of pie crust in general, but I liked the filling.
