El Coliflor Está Herviendo
If you boil vegetables, it´s a good idea to save the water for soup or cooking grains, because a lot of nutrients get leeched out into the wáter. 

Coliflor con Salsa Fresca
For the salsa fresca, Chón minced some onions, and red & green bell peppers and let them marinate in olive oil.  I added a little cumin to my cauliflower, too.
 
Lomo de Cerdo con Ensalada Cruda
This was one of the best pork slices I´ve eaten. It was very flavorful and tender. We all noticed how tender it was, but Chón wasn´t sure how she cooked it differently. 

 
Plátano con Nectarina y Yogur
Chón made fruit cups for us all with chopped banana and nectarine and a little plain yogurt.
