Noche 11 en Valladolid: La Trucha

The trout (trucha) was dredged in flour and fried, but the nice thing about this type of frying is that it doesn´t affect the actual flesh. I was able to remove the skin and bones and enjoy the wonderful pink trout flesh without any extra grease. Quite delicious!


Jamón y Queso Frito
 
I tried a small square of this and that was enough for me, because the exterior had a funny flavor. It was two layers of ham with cheese in the middle, which was then fried. Chón bought them pre-made.
