Chón prepared the trout during lunchtime so that she would just have to reheat it for dinner.

Before frying, she dipped the fillets in flour.

The trout is frying in about 1/2" of olive oil.  
 
 The skin peeled off very easily and the bones weren´t too tricky to remove.The trout was delicious and pink-fleshed.  There wasn´t much salad tonight, so I had a little more fish because it was so yummy.

Yogur natural is plain yogurt.
