Ensalada con Chorizo
A tasty salad with cucumbers (pepinos), boiled potatoes (potatas hervidas), and tomatoes (tomates) with uncured chorizo. We had pan de molde (pre-sliced bread) because Chón didn´t buy a barra today.
Arroz con Leche
A Spanish dessert made with white rice cooked in milk instead of water, sugar and lemon peel. Then it is sprinkled with cinnamon (la canela). The lemon and cinnamon gave it a wonderful flavor. It was served cold.
