We tried Café Los Cuiles on our 4th and final week in Oaxaca, Mexico. This was a chance encounter because we were wandering around after seeing our other destination café was closed. My heart was won over by the ambience, but not the coffee.
Mexican art tends to be very vibrant, just like their houses.
The courtyard was so beautiful and featured my favorite color combo: blue and orange!
I like bitter, but this brew was bitter on bitter—no balance and no lovely layering of flavors.
