Lenguado Frito con Ensalada
The sole had bones (espinas), but they were very easy to remove. I removed the skin as well, and enjoyed consuming the delicate, white flesh free of extra grease. The tomatoes were very juicy and perfectly ripe.

A wonderfully ripe nectarine was the perfect way to end the meal.  My plate arrangement reminds me of a flower. ;-)
