Chón dipped the trout in flour (harina) then fried them in olive oil.
Trucha y Pan con Queso Cremoso
We all agreed that this batch of trout paled in comparison to the delicious, pink fleshed fillets of last week. I think a little lemon juice or some spice would have helped perk up the bland flesh. But Chón doesn´t like lemon juice on fish and spices other than paprika aren´t used very frequently in Spanish cuisine. Queso Cremoso is cream cheese, our spread of choice for pan.
