 Huevo Frito con Cerdo y Ensalada

The egg (huevo) was cooked perfectly and went very well with the pork (cerdo), which was also cooked perfectly. I had some of the spreadable camembert on my bread.  We started dinner at 9:30 and Felix came home later at 10 after visiting friends. He brought out some Roquefort to eat with his bread because he loves strong cheese.  Chón can only tolerate cheeses like Roquefort in sauces (las salsas).

Yogur de Pera con Nectarina y Cerezas

This was my first time having pear flavored yogurt. I wanted to say that the nectarine was perfectly ripe, so I learned that the Spanish for this is  "en su grado de maduración perfecta." (Literally: in the perfect grade of maturation).
