Noche 9 en Valladolid: Rebuelto de Patatas y Huevos

 Rebuelto de Patatas y Huevos, Gazpacho, y Malurza Frita
This dish is essentially deconstructed tortilla.  Chón diced 2 lbs of potatoes (about 4 médium patatas), fried them in some olive oil in a pan (sarten), sprinkled in some salt and then cracked 8 eggs directly into the pan. Then she mixed them, let them rest about 1 minute, stirred again, let them rest another minute or 2 until done.This is supposed to feed 4 people, but as a side dish, it's definitely enough for 6.  

Poor Felix had a lot at the beginning, but Chón didn´t want any leftovers, so he had to finish the rest even though he grumbled "Estoy lleno."

The gazpacho was very refreshing on such a hot evening, though it was from a carton.
