Slow Plates

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who seeks to inform and inspire cooks to create nutritious food. I have experience as a clinical RDN in both subacute skilled nursing and outpatient specializing in diabetes and obesity management. I completed my dietetic internship and received an MS in Nutrition and Wellness from Benedictine University in 2016 and received my RDN credential in 2017. I started this blog as a student at Cal Poly SLO, where I graduated with a BS in Nutrition in 2015.
